Merge combines documents; Split and Extract keep selected pages in a new PDF. Organize combines page ordering, rotation, copying and removal in one workspace. Compression is lossless, so an already optimized file may not get smaller.
Before you start
Keep signed originals: editing can invalidate signatures. Page-copy operations may omit forms, bookmarks or attachments. Crop changes visible margins and is not secure redaction. Most editors accept PDFs up to 25 MB and 1,000 pages; PDF-to-image exports have smaller limits shown in the tool.
