How to use Organize PDF Pages
- Choose a PDF from your device. Your files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Drag previews to move pages, or use Turn, Copy and Remove on a page card. Each change appears immediately in the preview grid.
- Save your arrangement, check the finished PDF, and download it.
A closer look
Combine several page-management tasks before exporting one document. The list shows the original page number and any added rotation, including separate copies of the same source page. At least one page must remain, and the workspace supports up to 1,000 output pages.
A practical example
Fix a scanned packet by dragging its cover to the start, turning one sideways page and removing a blank sheet. Review all changes together before saving.
A useful tip
Reset restores the uploaded document’s starting order so you can begin again without uploading it again.

Are changes saved immediately to my original file?
No. Changes affect the workspace only. Save creates a separate PDF for you to download.
