How to use Duplicate PDF Pages
- Choose a PDF from your device. Your files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Choose the pages you want to copy.
- Create the duplicate pages, check their order, and download.
A closer look
Repeat a worksheet, checklist, or template page inside the same document. Each selected page is copied once immediately after itself. Selecting pages 1 and 3 in a three-page PDF creates the order 1, 1, 2, 3, 3. The original document on your device is unchanged.
A practical example
In a three-page worksheet, duplicate page 2 to produce the order 1, 2, 2, 3. Each chosen page gets one extra copy immediately after it.

Use Organize PDF Pages if you want to move the extra copies to different positions afterward.
